Behind the wheel
As the name implies, the 4Work versions are designed for commercial use. Therefore you will find it is not kitted out with all the bells and whistles, however does include the following: CD player with MP3, manual height adjustable driver seat. If you opt for the 4Life model, this will add electric windows, air conditioning and a keyless entry system. The Warrior model adds rear electric windows & climate control. If you opt for the Animal model you will also gain sat-nav, CD autochanger + Animal graphics. The Elegance includes a DVD sat-nav, leather seats & heated seats.
The driving position feels very car like.
On the Road
There is very little body roll and the ride is much firmer and better handling than the previous models. There is also an option to include 4-speed automatic on the Warrior, Animal and Elegance spec. The Animal can also gets the optional power boost of 26bhp. The new diesel engine features a 134bhp a& 231lb ft of torque This is a strong and powerful engine, but also gives quite a smooth ride.
Overview
Mitsubishi claims the L200 provides a more car-like pick-up with a focus on comfort and design, however it keeps the practicality of a commercial vehicle. The L200 looks very striking, it feels and drives very much like a car. The L200 is very comfortable inside.
