. Safety & security
The C4 Picasso really is stuffed with plenty of safety kit. The twin front, side and window airbags are all fitted as standard. There is also one to protect the driver's knees - a nice touch. In addition, there are also 4 ISOFIX child seat mountings. The stability control helps avoid accidents. The fitted deadlocks also prevent the doors being opened if a window is smashed.

Behind the wheel
Tired of being conventional? Then you will love the C4 Picasso's interior style. It's far from the norm. Fixed steering wheel hub and centrally mounted instruments add a nice loo. The air-con controls also positioned at the edges of the dashboard. However it not form over function, though. We found all controls easy to use.

Space & practicality
With the large space, five adults will be easily comfortable in the C4 Picasso. There are three identical seats in the back row which all slide back and forth individually. Also the backrest angle can be altered for extra comfort. Also the rear seats could not be easier to fold down. All you have to do is pull a cord on the side of each chair. The huge 500-litre is ideal for going on holiday. In addition the low lip on the boot makes loading hassle free.

Equipment
The LX forms the Picasso's base trim, it comes with cruise control & electric windows as standard. Our pick of the range is the SX this is because they add air-conditioning and a CD player. VTR+ cmodels also add some nice looking alloy wheels, leather steering wheel and electric rear windows. The top of the range executive model has climate control, rain-sensing wipers & automatic headlamps.
